Whether it’s indecision or just life getting in the way, we all make excuses not to do the things that bring us pleasure. After a long absence from painting, it’s time to “get back on the horse”. I found a partially completed sketch from last summer, done plein air in a little village not far from home. I decide to finish it. It’s a little tentative perhaps but I needed to start somewhere. Hopefully my next post will be a lot sooner rather than later!
