Another watercolour sketch from our recent trip to Newfoundland. This was again on the lovely Change Island. This property was on a point of land at the entrance to the North Harbour. It included these two buildings and a third a little farther down the hill toward the water. I saw it from a distance and was captivated. It had a For Sale sign and, unfortunately, it had just recently sold. My friend Colin started to call it Ray’s Place and laughed throughout the trip, as I fell in love with others, and they were added to the properties that became a list of Ray’s purchases. If only...
